Hi, I'm Cathy!
I found my happy place when I experienced yoga on the beach for the first time. Feeling grounded with my feet connected to the earth, listening to the soothing sound of the waves, and gazing towards the endless ocean made my brief yoga practice so much more meaningful.
At this moment, the concept of yogatrex was born. My desire to take one's yoga practice to an experience they will treasure forever.
I have been teaching for 20+ yrs and I absolutely LOVE what I do!
It is my hope to bring the joy of yoga to you.
